Welcome to Vacqueras, which lies amongst the Montmirail range of hills in the heart of the Rhône Valley .In this unique area, 80 families, driven by savoir-faire and passion, produce wines full of character. What began in 1957 in meetings between neighbours in local bars, quickly developed into an international success story. The vintners’ cooperative, Les Vignerons de Vacqueras, still embodies all appellations of repute in the region, from Côtes du Rhône and Saint- Joseph through to Crôzes-Hermitage and Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Together they tackle the ever -changing challenges presented by globalisation and a changed awareness towards the environment. By investing in human resources and new technology it has been possible to obtain steadily increasing quality, whilst using natural resources responsibly. The balance for this year shows that two thirds of the total planted area is eco-certified.

| Description: |

Low yields result in excellent concentration. Sustainable agricultural techniques, including minimal spraying, result in a pure, natural wine. After 24-48 hours of skin contact to extract maximum aromas, fermentation takes place at 25-30° for about 10 days in order to produce a soft, fruity wine. The grapes are gently pressed in a pneumatic winepress. |

BOUQUET DES DENTELLES - Muscat de Beaumes de Venise
| Description: |
As soon as the Muscat grapes begin to take on their distinctive colour, we know they are almost ready for picking. Early morning we handpick the crop. In the cool of the morning, the handpicked crop is brought into the cellar and gently pressed. This is followed by low temperature fermentation, which allows for the best expression of the aromas. The wine acquires all his potential, thanks to the 8 month ageing process. To keep the fruit, we slightly filter our wine. |
